In addition to therapeutic manual therapy, sessions can include any combination of the following:

  • Tissue flossing

  • Kinesiology tape application (RockTape)

  • Cupping therapy

  • IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)

  • Hot/Cold and CBD treatments

  • NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation)

All add-ons (including K-Tape and CBD) are at no additional charge.

What to expect

During a Medical Massage session I will manually assess the non-structural musculoskeletal system for injury and pain areas, and screen for breakdowns in functional movement patterns that lead to an imbalance. I address with manual therapy techniques and functional movement correctives, in order to facilitate a healthy body that moves efficiently and with reduced pain.

Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES)

A terrific way to accelerate your recovery from a soft tissue injury. Muscle Stimulation is scientifically proven to support your body's ability to recover quickly and efficiently from injuries such as strains, sprains, pulls, and post surgical.

CBD Topical for pain relief

CBD is a non-psychoactive topical that is good for those who suffer from chronic pain. It helps to reduce inflammation and relieves pain in joints and muscles. It’s been known to help with arthritis, back pain, and is a powerful stress reliever!

All topical treatments are at no additional charge.

Cupping Therapy

The suction and negative pressure of cupping loosens muscle fibers and connective tissue, or fascia, encouraging blood flow to the muscle and homeopathic sedation of the nervous system. Therapeutic cupping is used to relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, IT band restriction and helps reduce anxiety.

Session Costs

$150 / 90 minute session

This time is spent on necessary assessments/re-assessments, as well as manual therapy. If follow-up sessions are determined to require less time, a 60 minute session will be charged at $100.
